PREPAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Do online bookings require a full prepayment?
All online booking require full pre-payment at time of booking.
To avoid cancellation charges a minimum of 48 hours notice must be given directly to the spa confirming that you wish to cancel your reservation. Cancellations made within the 48-hour time frame are non-transferable and will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
Bookings cancelled with 48 hours notice or more can be moved subject to availability, alternatively a full refund will be given.

How can I book a treatment?
Treatments can be booked either by email, calling The Spa at Ardoe or online. To guarantee your perfect time and date, please book well in advance.
Is it appropriate to use my smartphone?
In an effort to provide a totally relaxed environment, we ask that you refrain from using your mobile phone in public areas in the spa.
Do I have to wear underwear?
Underwear must be worn during treatments.
Are children under the age of 16 allowed to use the thermal suite and are there any child treatments available?
For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the thermal suite. Child and teenage treatments are available. Please ask at reception for more information..
Are there any private spa consultations?
If you would like us to create a bespoke treatment plan during your stay, private spa consultations are available free of charge by appointment.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to guarantee that your treatment begins on time. This will allow you to be fully relaxed and have completed or updated your wellness questionnaire.
Do I need a swimming costume when using the thermal suite?
A swimming costume is obligatory when using our thermal suite.
Does the treatment time include consultation and aftercare advice?
Yes. Consultation and aftercare advice are included in the treatment time.
Should I disclose any health concerns I might have?
On making your reservation, please advise us if you have any health concerns or if you may be pregnant so that we can guide you towards the best treatments.
Can I bring any valuables with me?
We recommend you leave all valuables at home.
